Kendrick Lamar’s “good kid, m.A.A.d city” Goes Gold



Compton rapper Kendrick Lamar’s major label debut, good kid, m.A.A.d city that was released on October 22nd, 2012 has officially gone gold.

Upon the albums release earlier this year, K.Dot sold 242k copies of GKMC in its first sales week, debuting at #2 on Billboard, and holds the 2012 record for best first-week sales from a male hip-hop artist.
